This series consists of institutional and central office inmate files consisting of documentation relating to receipt, classification, detention, release and Parole Board actions on applications for parole. Also included are visitor information slips, which contain the following information: location of penitentiary; name of prisoner; name of visitor; date of visit; prisoner identification number; relation of visitor to prisoner; address of visitor; approving warden and guard; time of visit; length of visit; and officer signature.
